Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at PIROOZ. We are committed to ensuring satisfaction for all our customers. Below outlines our policy regarding returns and refunds.

  • Time Frame: Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return:
    1. The product must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
    2. It must also be in the original packaging.
    3. Proof of purchase is required, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and hygiene concerns, any opened or used items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, consumables, skincare, and personal care items.
  • Partial Refunds:
    1. Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will receive a partial refund at our discretion.
    2. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our Customer Service team at Customerservice@pirooz.co to initiate the return process.
    2. After approval, package the item securely and include the original proof of purchase.
    3. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refunds:
    1. Once we receive your item, it will undergo an inspection. We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    1. If you haven’t received a refund after a specific time frame, check with your bank or credit card company as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Sale Items:
    1. Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged if defective.
  • Gifts:
    1. If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
